  4. This is not intended to be a how to guide as much as a biographical reflection on the feelings and experiences of uncertainty for someone living with a chronic illness As someone who also lives with a chronic but invisible condition, I appreciated Abel s honesty and skill as a writer.

Well written on the topic Thank the author for writing a nice piece like this If you or someone you know thinks they make be gluten sensitive, read this book It ll open you to the idea, and let you in on some hard to find information With the internet so vast, this is a really nice summary of it all And then some 5 5 stars because there are so few well written books on the subject Loved the authors voice throughout.

For anyone with Celiac s this author s experience with the disease will hit home It made me feel that I am not alone in my struggle I felt as though I have had similar thoughts, but was never able to articulate them as well as she has done I loved her concluding thoughts, but won t share them and spoil the book for others.
