This book is written in not the typical diet book format, but it is easy to read, follow, and catch on to I am going to re read it and take notes and try to follow these principles They are deceptively easy I see all of the things I have been doing that are pointed out in this book I am going to really try to eat what I want in smaller amounts and enjoy what I m eating instead of just mindlessly eating and eating diet foods that I don t even really like.
